**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling high volumes of incoming calls and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
* Providing accurate and comprehensive information to customers using the right methods and tools
* Managing complaints and providing solutions and options to secure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Going the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)
* Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
* Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
* Ability to work nights and some weekends (rotating shifts available)
* 1pm - 11pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or 8am - 6pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays
