We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Operations group in a remote position located in India – pan India. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating day-to-day activities of healthcare workers, screening and hiring caregivers, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. If you have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a motivated self-starter attitude, we would love to talk to you!
This is a full-time remote position, working from home during the US day shift (9pm - 6am IST, M-F). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with field staff, developing strong interpersonal relationships, and promoting the employer’s brand. You will also be responsible for managing the service delivery platform, preparing daily and weekly staffing reports, and providing HR support to healthcare workers.
