We're growing rapidly, and we're looking for a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting issues, and resolving inquiries about our policies.

**Essential Functions:**
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
* Work independently, take initiative, and work with minimal supervision
* Maintain regular and timely attendance

**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma
* Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
* Able to Pass a Background Check
* Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience
* 2 Years of customer Service Experience
