**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate our insurance products and services.
* Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and friendly manner, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective way.

**Requirements**

* Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
* Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

* Previous experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on customer service and sales.
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance.

**Compensation**
The hourly pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for commission and bonus structures based on performance.
