- Provide digital support for AMA website access, including registration assistance, password resets, and troubleshooting common issues
- Respond to service inquiries about AMA products, including order status, billing, and fulfillment issues, and resolve problems in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Validate physician identity and update contact and demographic data for credentialing products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
