In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service in our retail stores, helping customers to realize a seamless flying experience through TSA Precheck or initiating background checks and other services for various federal or state programs. As an Enrollment Agent, you will be collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused, ensuring that every interaction is professional and welcoming. With comprehensive training provided, you will be equipped to excel in this position and support other areas of the store during the 8-10 week onboarding period.
