We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing courteous, professional, and efficient service to our customers. This is a remote position, and you will be working from home, so you must be self-motivated and able to work independently. The shift for this position is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm CST/10:00 am to 6:30 pm EST, and the start date is Monday, April 11th. Please note that as of August 24, 2021, arenaflex requires all U.S. team members to be fully vaccinated and show proof of completed vaccine status at the time of hire. If you cannot receive the COVID-19 vaccine due to a disability/medical reason or sincerely held religious belief, you will be required to follow arenaflex's policy and process to apply for an exemption/accommodation.
To be successful in this role, you should have a broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally, less than one year of directly related experience is required.
