Key Responsibilities

Schedule and Training
The schedule for this role includes:
- Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring that our customers receive uninterrupted support.
During the training period, you'll have the opportunity to learn about our systems, processes, and policies, as well as develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
Essential Qualifications
