Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead your team to elevate their customer care approach and collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective policies and processes to continuously improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Drive operational excellence by understanding each aspect of your administration place's performance and working with our administration leaders to expand efficiency and drive continuous improvement in all areas of activities.
- Collaborate with the Assistance Supervisor to ensure the development and growth of your team, and work together to achieve both daily and key objectives.
- Identify and eliminate waste in operational cycles, and advance security, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in your activities and decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with our business, know your numbers, and ensure greatness in the center's everyday tasks to achieve specific objectives in efficiency, quality, result, cost, and income/margin where applicable.
- Act in the best interest of arenaflex consistently, and have a passion for our mission, our people, and our clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications
- Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience
- Previous administration experience in a customer-centric industry; automotive expertise is not required
- Leadership experience: experience driving teams and managing a diverse group of jobs and responsibilities
- Process/task insight: related knowledge driving field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong client-facing liabilities
- Valid driver's license in the country of work
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running complex cycles using Lean or other methods is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
