- Providing members with accurate and up-to-date information on pharmacy benefits, mail order pharmacy services, and other related topics
- Placing and receiving calls and faxes to patients and doctor's offices to facilitate prescription refills, provide education, and resolve issues
- Promoting one-stop service to patients by assisting with routine questions and referring calls to applicable support areas as needed
- Accurately documenting each call, ensuring that all interactions are recorded and easily accessible for future reference
- Staying knowledgeable about HIPAA laws, medical adverse events, and other relevant regulations to ensure compliance and maintain patient confidentiality

Physical Demands and Work Environment
This role requires:
- The ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods, with close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Effective communication and hearing skills, with the ability to talk or hear for long periods
- A dedicated workspace at home, with the ability to work independently and manage distractions
- Occasional Saturday work (8am-12pm) and potential requests to work in the office, if needed
