**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be the go-to expert for product and solutions information, and you'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
