**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers, while also providing general administrative support and multi-tasking in hectic and stressful situations. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make all the difference in delivering a unique and memorable customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and process payments in a timely and accurate manner
* Update lot (vehicle) notes in the system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner
* Engage in face-to-face customer interaction, providing exceptional service and support to our customers
* Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service
* Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick-up information, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate updates
* File documents according to criteria, maintaining accurate and organized records
* Process mail incoming and outgoing per criteria, ensuring that all correspondence is handled efficiently and effectively
* Read and interpret various reports and documents, using this information to inform customer interactions and improve our services
* Properly complete sale documents, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies
* Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and the growth of our company
**Essential Qualifications**
* One year of office support experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service skills and attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Proficient with office equipment, including computers, printers, and other technology
* Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records
* Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner
* Computer proficiency in MS Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
