**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service and support to our internal and external customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and capturing customer information in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to your customer service responsibilities, you'll also be required to perform data entry tasks, ensuring that all customer information is accurately recorded and updated.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming customer service calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Dispatch incoming customer phone calls and ensure that all customer requests are addressed promptly
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service records, including customer information and account details
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers, ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and satisfying
* Capture customer information and answer customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner
* Resolve inbound customer calls regarding account issues and provide high-quality customer service
* Take customer orders and provide superior customer service, ensuring that all customer needs are met
* Make outgoing customer service calls to follow up on customer issues and provide additional support
* Work closely with the customer service manager to ensure that all customer service standards are met and exceeded
* Resolve any customer service issues that may arise, ensuring that all customers are satisfied and supported

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently capture customer information
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
