Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing outstanding customer service to our passengers. Your primary responsibilities will include checking in passengers and their luggage, handling customer concerns and complaints, and answering inquiries regarding flight schedules and fares. You will also be responsible for making announcements at the gate or over the general PA system regarding flight activity and ensuring seamless communication between the gate, ground handling team, flight crew, and airport vendors.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, interacting professionally with passengers, team members, and station leadership. You should have proficient computer skills and be at least 18 years of age, possessing a high school diploma, GED, or work experience equivalent. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required for some airports. You must also be able to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance, which includes an extensive 10-year employment, criminal record, and residence background check.
