**Job Responsibilities:**
* Provide warm and welcoming service to all internal and external clients, ensuring a positive association with arenaflex.
* Work in a collaborative spirit to ensure the success of our organization, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
* Offer exceptional customer service to individuals seeking to travel, use freight or baggage services, by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Handle various aspects of check-in and baggage processing, including working an electronic retail location system, boarding, baggage handling, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues.
* Greet and assist clients in a courteous and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets.
* Process transactions, make change, and balance daily exchanges, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Inspect baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or complaints, and assist on a case-by-case basis.
* Manage overbooked clients due to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage, resolving issues promptly and in accordance with established organizational guidelines.
* Provide current and accurate information on flight schedules, reservations, flight departures/arrivals, and answer general inquiries from clients and other airport guests.
* Complete forms and reports as required by the organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Write incident and complaint reports as necessary.
* Perform other work duties as directed by Supervisors.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job.
* Ability to understand reports, follow directions, learn and comprehend tagging techniques, rules, and guidelines.
* Capacity to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, interact with the public, and work under stressful circumstances.
* Ability to complete the Customer Service Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period.
* Familiarity with hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis.
* Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve rapid turnaround of aircraft.
* Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Ground Service Worker Handbook and Work Schedule.
* Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space.
* Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in-person, and on public address systems effectively.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to communicate information and directions verbally or through radio equipment.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of airline operations and procedures.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Bilingual or multilingual skills.
* Experience with electronic retail location systems and baggage handling equipment.
