You'll be a champion of the Service Plus mindset, embracing a proactive approach to customer service that anticipates and resolves customer concerns before they escalate. **Key Responsibilities** • Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns with varying levels of complexity, ensuring a premium experience that keeps customers loyal to arenaflex. • Turn every contact into a sale or save opportunity, leveraging your sales acumen to drive revenue and retention growth. • Embrace the Service Plus mindset, resolving customer concerns and future concerns to prevent churn and drive loyalty. • Grow the business by completing full end-to-end account analyses, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. • Execute targeted loyalty and retention strategies for high-value and at-risk customers, leveraging historical reports and data to inform your approach. • Provide an exceptional experience by listening for bells of churn during conversations, leveraging available tools and resources to offer customers the best possible solutions. • Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for customers throughout every contact, highlighting the value and benefits of arenaflex's products and services. • Apply business acumen to make informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with cost-effectiveness, driving growth and profitability for arenaflex. **What We're Looking For** • Bachelor's Degree or one or more years of customer service experience, with a strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals. • One or more years of sales experience, with a proven ability to drive revenue and retention growth. • Experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. • Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business. • Ability to meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and a desk for the required equipment provided. **Even Better If You Have** • A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications. • Experience troubleshooting customer products and services, with a working knowledge of arenaflex's network and solutions. • Experience promoting and upselling products or services, with a proven ability to drive revenue and retention growth. • One or more years of retention experience, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and loyalty drivers. • Based on the required in-person training and periodic center collaborations of this role, candidates should live in Alpharetta, Georgia within a 75-mile radius of our listed hub location. **Home Office Requirements** • You'll work from home in this remote role, with occasional in-person meetings and training. • The home office must be located within the state of Georgia and within a reasonable commute to the hub location specified on this job posting to attend training and periodic meetings as indicated by the business. • Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem capable of at least 25mbps (per your service plan; a monetary stipend may be provided to you).
