As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in representing our dealer clients favorably online and converting website traffic into leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage in online conversations with individuals inquiring about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions. You will provide accurate information, schedule appointments, capture customer contact information, and summarize interactions to ensure our clients can generate revenue from their website traffic.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although this is not essential. You should have a strong foundation in basic internet and window-based computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A positive and professional demeanor, ability to multitask, and adaptability to change are also crucial for this position.
To work remotely with blithequark, you will need to have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. You must also live within the state of Texas and have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. Additionally, you will need to attend 4 weeks of remote training, which will take place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between 11am-7:30pm EDT. A typing speed of at least 35 WPM is required, with 40 WPM or above being preferred.
