As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their experience with us is nothing short of outstanding. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting customers with their orders, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your role will be critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, and you will be expected to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve our goals.
In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation, and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around. You may also need to go up and down stairs, depending on the location.
