As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex Locker+ retail locations, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, receiving and processing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work in designated retail locations, facilitating the delivery and return of customer orders, and connecting personally with customers to uplift their lives. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about customer service, has an up-for-anything attitude, and thrives in an ever-changing environment.
In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
