Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide fast, friendly, and personalized service to customers, actively seeking out opportunities to assess their needs and provide assistance * Learn about products and services using our tools and resources, and provide information to customers to drive sales and revenue growth * Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and develop a deep understanding of their needs and preferences * Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe for customers * Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to your Manager on Duty * Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments, to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales growth **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required;
