Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and accurate information to resolve their concerns.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with customer retention efforts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Serve as a customer advocate, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
- Renew customer contracts, educate customers on service options, and handle billing issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
Requirements for Success
