- Notify and verify alarm signals, dispatching the proper authorities when necessary

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or emergency response environment
- Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility, as our services operate 24/7
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications and technology systems
Preferred Qualifications
