Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Process cargo shipments, handle documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations teams, to ensure seamless cargo handling and delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records, track shipments, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety.
- Work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet operational requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety attire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in cargo handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong typing and computer skills, with proficiency in cargo handling software.
