About the Role

As a Customer Experience Representative at Verizon, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment, juggling multiple responsibilities, including sales, product expertise, and billing support. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and Verizon products and services.
• Proactively identify customer needs and offer relevant products and services to enhance their experience and drive sales.
• Contact customers by phone or in writing to discuss past due payments, resolving outstanding issues and improving customer satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes related to service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues.
• Verify service order accuracy and completeness, making corrections and changes as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts, to meet the evolving needs of our business.

• A related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a customer service call center environment.
Residence within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the life of the contract.
