About the Role

Essential Qualifications:

• Availability for overnight shifts from 10pm - 7:00am PST, including weekend availability.
• 2+ years of experience in support roles, handling email and/or chat services, with a focus on customer-facing interactions.
• Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations, with experience in customer service systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
• A customer-centric approach, with an obsession for delivering the best possible outcomes for our users.
• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred, with previous startup experience being a plus.
