**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is nothing but wonderful
* Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Using internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
* Identifying and solving small trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience
* Collaborating with the team to develop creative solutions to customer needs
* Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and overall business operations
**Who We're Looking For:**
We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be:
* A creative and innovative problem solver who thinks outside the box
* A sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt their tone and communication style depending on the audience
* Eager to learn new technology systems and procedures
* Able to juggle multiple tasks at once while remaining organized and attentive to detail
* Highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows (keyboard shortcuts are a must!)
* Able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision
* Excited to represent arenaflex and facilitate meaningful customer interactions
**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
* Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
