We are constantly innovating and reimagining everything that a company and industry can be. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is nothing but wonderful * Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships * Using internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments * Identifying and solving small trends and pain points to optimize each customer's experience * Collaborating with the team to develop creative solutions to customer needs * Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and overall business operations **Who We're Looking For:** We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
