We are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Care Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Supervisor at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the best service experience possible. Your responsibilities will include driving repeat and new business by being an advocate for our company and its products, supporting the Customer Care manager with ticket escalation, day-to-day department management, and data reporting activities related to the department's KPIs. This is a full-time, remote position, with company-supplied equipment, and you will be working primarily Monday through Friday, with a rotating schedule for Saturday coverage. You will report directly to the Customer Care Manager.
We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, with a pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills. A good sense of humor, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and strong problem-solving skills are indispensable. While knowledge of our specific industry is a plus, a drive for customer service and a willingness to learn are essential. Experience with generating and presenting reports based on system data is also required.
