Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining sustainable relationships of trust with our customers and teammates through open communication. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely solutions and alternatives to customer inquiries and following up to ensure resolution
- Uploading Certificates of Insurance (COIs) into our software program
- Responding to support emails and maintaining inbound and outbound phone communications
- Assisting in training customers to ensure proper software utilization and satisfaction
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships of trust through open communication with customers and teammates
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role
- Required experience in the commercial insurance industry; personal, health, and life insurance experience is not applicable
- Entry-level experience working with Certificates of Insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
