Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within a food service, retail, or call center setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ability to pass a typing test with 40 WPM, with strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire and work in a remote environment
- Ability to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references, with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service
