- Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, and providing technical support when navigating our website
- Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them and promoting customer loyalty

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms
- To submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered for this position
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
