- Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of our services and policies

- Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty with every interaction

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy environment
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working in a customer service or call center, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmacy operations
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
