**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email. You'll work independently to resolve unique problems, think creatively to come up with new ideas, and collaborate with our team to achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Work independently to resolve unique problems and think creatively to come up with new ideas.
* Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
* Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
**Schedule:**
* Each shift will be 10 hours (for a 40 hour work week).
* We offer flexibility in the schedule per day.
* The following are the open times for each of the 4 days:
+ Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
+ Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
+ Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
+ Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Starting salary: $17.00/hr
* $1/hour increase after 60 day provisional period
* 2 weeks paid time off per year
* Paid holidays

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* 2-3 years of customer service experience.
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
