• Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer care by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment
• Record important account data in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Comply with all regulatory and compliance rules related to customer service and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a focus on building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills
