**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Associate with Arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for handling phone calls, researching and resolving issues, and documenting delivery information into our tracking system. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle phone calls and emails from customers, consumers, and delivery drivers to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Research and resolve problems related to package delivery, including tracking and delivery status
* Document delivery information into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
* Partner with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience and drive business growth
* Troubleshoot, research, resolve, or escalate issues as necessary, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business and drive innovation

**What You'll Need:**
* Ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
* Ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
* Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
* Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
