About the Role

As a Content and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for mapping out the customer journey, collaborating with program managers to meet goals, and orchestrating content from various sources. Key Responsibilities
- Map out the customer journey and collaborate with program managers to meet goals
- Orchestrate content from various sources and develop a style guide
- Maintain a library of all association content and track performance
- Participate in rapid prototyping and testing
- Collaborate with IT and Product Management teams to drive sales and improve the customer experience
- Work closely with regional and global teams, including Channel Projects Development and Customer Sales Enablement
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience working with content improvement teams and local partners, with a strong preference for geo-experience
- Profound experience in content optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
- Comprehensive understanding of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate basic metric customer experience data into effective content strategies
- Prior experience with content management tools, with Adobe Experience Manager being a plus
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
