Key Responsibilities
- Manage the development and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols.
- Design and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Examination Manager.
- Analyze and document monitoring results.
- Prepare reports of monitoring results and provide recommendations to business leaders to mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Prepare and format reports of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capacity (e.g., internal audit, compliance monitoring) OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capacity.
- At least 2 years of experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into information that can be used to identify potential risk areas or trends.
- Experience working with data analytical tools and processes.
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:
- At least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capacity.
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements relating to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider industries.
- Experience working with private or highly sensitive data.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in using business intelligence software for data analysis, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Scene, Masters, etc.
- Skilled in extracting and mining data, along with expertise in data acquisition, profiling, managing data warehouses, and understanding statistical concepts like regression, data science, and AI.
- Advanced skills in creating and resolving SQL queries for large-scale database management.
