**Job Responsibilities**
As a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming phone calls from existing and prospective clients, assessing their needs, and providing solutions as needed
* Collaborating with the sales team to rate new policies through our agency carrier portals
* Cross-selling products to existing clients to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
* Processing endorsements, such as vehicle additions and driver additions
* Processing renewals on our existing book of business each month
* Maintaining detailed and accurate databases of client information using our agency management system
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* An active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License
* At least one year of commercial insurance experience
* A college degree (preferred) or high school diploma (required)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
