**Overview**
As a Co-op in arenaflex's Customer Experience Design (CXD) organization, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class products, services, and experiences to arenaflex's global customer and employee bases. Our CXD organization is a dynamic and innovative team that manages the customer and employee experience across key areas of the business. You will have the opportunity to support one of our four areas within the travel journey, including Onboard Brand Experience, In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity, Uniform Brand Experience, and Service Design.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Co-op in CXD, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the delivery of best-in-class products, services, and experiences to arenaflex's global customer and employee bases
* Assisting in spanet/competitor research, data analysis, ideation, problem-solving, storytelling, communication, event planning, creating business cases, and executive communications/presentation support
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency within each project
* Developing effective presentations that help tell a story and present an idea/recommendation to leaders in an efficient and effective manner
* Learning leadership techniques and best practices in problem-solving and conflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult-to-solve challenges
**Supporting Arenaflex's CXD Areas**
You will have the opportunity to support one of the following areas within the travel journey:
* **Onboard Brand Experience**: Enhance both the passenger experience and the arenaflex brand onboard arenaflex's aircraft, leading the design, development, planning, and execution of product developments for best-in-class onboard amenities and experiences.
* **In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity**: Create a world-class entertainment and connectivity experience for arenaflex, developing the complete end-to-end onboard IFEC experience, including leading content curation & strategic entertainment partnerships, onboarding new/existing Wi-Fi providers, next-generation product innovation design & development, and spaneting communications.
* **Uniform Brand Experience**: Lead the Product Management and Operational efforts related to arenaflex frontline employee uniforms, working with uniform suppliers on product design/development/launch, collaborating with internal Consumer Insights teams to gather employee/customer feedback related to products, and handling all internal and external uniform communications and collateral.
* **Service Design**: Ensure that airport experience, service recovery, service policies, procedures, and actions across divisions are aligned and deliver upon arenaflex's brand promises, designing elevated customer experiences for specific travel journey points or customer groups.
**What You Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you will need:
* To be an undergraduate student in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Design, Journalism/PR, or a related field in a 4-year degree program
* Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications
* Demonstrates organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
* Team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
* Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills are essential
* Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred
* Willingness/ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills is required
* Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
* Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
* Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

**Co-op Program Outline**
As a Co-op in CXD, you will be part of a 3-year program that will provide you with educational and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce. The program includes:
* Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is intended to provide you with educational, and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce.
* This position requires you to work for 3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.
* Rotations: Fall 2025, Summer 2026, Spring 2027
