Your key responsibilities will include: * Engaging with customers through online chat, responding to their inquiries and providing accurate product information * Assisting in scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information * Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Staying up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices in customer service * Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer-based systems. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is a plus, it's not mandatory.
