**Job Description**
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a positive and respectful space for all users. This will involve:
* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, including deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
* Banning users who repeatedly break our community rules
* Muting users who have violated our community guidelines
* Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
* Providing excellent customer service and support to our users
**Pay Rate and Schedule**
* **Pay Rate:** $12.50 per hour
* **Pay Cycle:** Weekly, starting from Monday and ending on Sunday
**Qualifications**
* **Age:** Must be 18 years of age or older
* **Education:** Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* **Experience:** Previous experience in community management or moderation is highly desirable
* **Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
