As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the chat of our official Discord server remains a safe and enjoyable space for all users. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
* Delete messages that violate our community guidelines and rules.
* Ban users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines and rules.
* Mute users who have violated our community guidelines and rules.
* Investigate reports made by users about potential rule violations.
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective community management strategies.
* Provide excellent customer service and support to users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Stay up-to-date with our community guidelines and rules, ensuring that all moderation actions are fair and consistent.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
* 1-2 years of experience in community management, customer service, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong understanding of community management principles, including conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
