- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
Essential Qualifications
- Previous call center experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
