Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of principal planning models, including the annual working plan model and the monthly forecasting model, to drive business growth and optimization
- Collaborate with regional blithequark capabilities, Business Development, and Finance teams to develop and implement comprehensive business plans and strategies
- Develop and present business cases and scenarios to support dynamic decision-making on pricing, go-to-market strategies, and revenue optimization
- Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses on drivers of performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Support the preparation of EMEA and US business updates to ensure timely and accurate communication of business performance
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, economics, or finance
- Experience working in data-driven environments and driving decision-making through data analysis
- Ability to tailor communications to various audiences, including country teams, global teams, and executives
- High numeracy and analytical capability, with attention to detail and thoroughness
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a straightforward and actionable manner
