**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced bookkeeping software customer support specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping customers navigate the complexities of accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting. Your expertise in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software will enable you to provide confident resolution to customer concerns, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and troubleshooting.
* Utilize your expertise in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software to resolve customer issues and provide confident resolution.
* Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, enabling you to effectively cross-sell relevant solutions to customers.
* Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software**.
* **Bookkeeping/accounting expertise**, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related areas.
* **Customer service experience** and a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
* **Comfort with cross-selling relevant products** while addressing customer concerns.
* **Strong ownership of customer issues**, enabling you to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution.
* **Tech savvy** and an avid computer user.
* **Friendly tone and professional demeanor** when communicating with customers.
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure your success as a remote contractor, you'll need:

**Technology Requirements**
To access arenaflex's systems and provide customer support, you'll need:
* **Personal computer** (no tablet).
* **Broadband internet connection**, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
* **Wired internet connection** (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
* **Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system**.
* **Valid antivirus software** installed, running, and up to date.
* **Wired USB headset with microphone**.
* **Mac users**: Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility.
**Important Information**
To participate in this program, you must:
* **Live and work from the United States**, except CA, NY, PA, WA.
* **Successfully pass a criminal background check**.
* **Agree to a contractual relationship**, which will be outlined in your contract.
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
