About the Role

In this critical position, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inbound and outbound call inquiries, and providing exceptional support and guidance. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will enable you to build strong relationships with our diverse customer base, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
