**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs
* Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers receive tailored solutions
* Processing new and/or amended enrollments with precision and accuracy

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* An active Personal Lines or P&C resident insurance license, allowing you to interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications
* The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
* A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and communication
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
