Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet

- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications
- The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both Spanish and English
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A high school diploma or GED
