**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at arenaflex. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions for customers' issues
* Consulting with customers on products and services with compassion and empathy
* Maintaining patient privacy and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
**What You Bring to the Role**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
* A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
