About Our Healthcare Customer Service Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure that customer concerns are addressed efficiently.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, demonstrating a strong understanding of our services and policies.
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights.
- Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
- Meet sales objectives as defined, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers.
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED certificate.
- The ability to type 30 wpm and work comfortably with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- The ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate complex software applications.
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and guidance.
- The ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Strong listening skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns.
- Superior negotiating skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- 6 months of call center experience, with a strong understanding of call center operations and procedures.
