- Review insurance eligibility for applicable callers, communicate with the virtual benefits team to verify eligibility, and ensure accurate and updated patient information at each contact point.
- Contact and schedule referral patients, providing high levels of comprehensive customer service and following up with referral partners to maintain positive relationships and efficient patient information transfer.
- Document patient interactions in our patient management system and shared tracking files, maintaining strict patient/client confidentiality at all times.
- Direct non-patient care-related communications to the appropriate person or department, ensuring seamless and efficient support.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide personalized support
